1) a tracing made with a sphygmograph that records the pulse in a vein
2) a radiograph of a vein after injection of a radiopaque medium

phlebo·gram (flebґo-gram) [phlebo- + -gram] 1. radiograph of a vein taken during phlebography. 2. a tracing of the venous pulse (see illustration under pulse) made with a phlebograph or sphygmograph. Called also venogram.
