pro·car·ba·zine hy·dro·chlo·ride (pro-kahrґbə-zēn) [USP] an alkylating agent specific for the S phase of the cell cycle used as an antineoplastic, primarily in combination with mechlorethamine, vincristine, and prednisone (MOPP) in the treatment of advanced Hodgkin disease; it is also used in the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, primary brain tumors, and multiple myeloma; administered orally.
