scle·ro·myx·ede·ma (sklēr″o-mik″sə-deґmə) [sclero- + myxedema] the most serious form of lichen myxedematosus, accompanied by scleroderma, producing exaggerated furrowing of the skin, especially on the face; it sometimes proves fatal.
