(DNOC) di·ni·tro-o-cre·sol (DNOC) (di-ni″tro-kreґsol) a highly toxic pesticide and herbicide used in agriculture; symptoms of poisoning include convulsions, coma, disruption of energy-producing metabolic processes, and sometimes high fevers that can be fatal.
