a cutaneous manifestation of Reiter syndrome, named for the former idea that it was related to gonorrhea. It usually involves the palms, soles, toes, or glans penis, and is characterized by erythematous macules that form blisters and later develop thick keratotic coverings. The lesions closely resemble those of pustular psoriasis. Called also keratosis blennorrhagica.
