Pan·dy's test 'pan-dēz- n a test to determine the presence of protein in the cerebrospinal fluid in which a drop of cerebrospinal fluid is added to a special reagent and the formation of a cloudy precipitate indicates a positive test

Hungarian neurologist. Pándy introduced his test for protein in cerebrospinal fluid in 1910.
