benzatropine
n.
an anticholinergic drug similar to trihexyphenidyl. Given by mouth, it is used mainly to reduce rigidity and muscle cramps in parkinsonism. It is well tolerated, but produces drowsiness and confusion. Trade name: Cogentin.
